Terms of Use
* The English version of this agreement is provided only for the convenience of the user. This Agreement
is governed by what is written in Japanese, and in no event shall the English version of this Agreement
be deemed to be an amendment to the Japanese version of this Agreement and govern the relationships
between the parties to the Agreement. It's not a thing either.
Article 1 (Qualification)
To use this application, you need to agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to use this application.
Article 2 (Network Terms of Use)
Even if you use this application to authenticate the network, you need to agree to the terms of use of each operator.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights of this application and the contents in this application belong to Akenejie (hereinafter referred to as "developer").
Article 4 (Personal information, etc.)
This application does not collect any user information, but each company which you connected may collect personal information. In that case, you need to agree to the privacy policy of each operator.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The developer does not guarantee the operation of this application. In addition, we do not guarantee any infringement of intellectual property rights of users or third parties, communication lines, etc., and do not take any responsibility.
Article 6 (Compensation for damages)
If the developer or a third party suffers damage as a result of the user violating this agreement, the user shall bear all responsibility for the damage.
Article 7 (Cancellation of this application)
The developer can discontinue all or part of this application without notifying the user. In that case, we will not take any responsibility even if the user suffers damage.
Article 8 (Change of this agreement)
The developer may change this agreement without the consent of the user and without notifying the user. In that case, we will not take any responsibility even if the user suffers damage.
Article 9 (Compliance with laws and regulations)
In addition to this agreement, the user prohibits acts that violate or may violate related laws, government ordinances, ministerial ordinances, ordinances, rules, orders, etc.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
This agreement is governed by Japanese law. If there is a need for a proceeding regarding this application, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
Supplementary Provisions (November 3, 2020)
This agreement will come into effect on November 3, 2020.

This revised agreement will come into effect on November 8, 2020.
